grilled marinated breast of chicken thinly sliced on a bed of romaine lettuce topped with shredded romano cheese, and caesar dressing

blue steak salad | $12
marinated grilled flank steak on a bed of baby spinach and grape tomatoes, gorgonzola blue cheese, and warm bacon vinaigrette dressing

vegetarian grilled asparagus and roasted beet salad | $11
marinated grilled baby asparagus, roasted red beets, and fresh field greens topped with NYS riesling vinaigrette

chicken provencal salad | $12
grilled chicken, portobello mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and red onions on a bed of mixed greens layered in fried wonton chips

classic cobb salad| $11
romaine lettuce topped with diced tomatoes, avocado, crumbled blue cheese, bacon, green pepper, chopped hard-boiled eggs, diced chicken, and choice of dressing

caribbean chicken salad | $11
jerk seasoned chicken breast served on a bed of mixed greens garnished with grilled mangos, black beans, and raspberries, with citrus mango vinaigrette

one salad choice per 30 people, add a second choice for groups of 30 or more
