Planning Checklist

of your event. Before calling the
catering department, please review the checklist below.
Contract Terms

This sample contract is to be used as a planning tool. An event is not booked until the catering
office has approved of all the conditions of the event and the final
contract is written by the catering department.

For on campus groups an approved account number must be provided
at the time the contract is taken.
The authorized individual for that particular account must
sign the contract two weeks prior to the event.
For all state related accounts the authorization for BASC catering
must also be submitted to the state for prior approval.

For all other campus groups a purchase order is required at time
of booking of the contract.

For off-campus groups a deposit of $200 must be submitted at time
of booking the facility.
